aptitudeOS is in private preview. By using it, you agree to these terms.

What aptitudeOS is

aptitudeOS offers career guidance for families in a time of rapid change brought by AI. Its assessment and report are a starting point for a conversation with our career guide and within your family.

What it is not

  • It is not a validated psychometric test, a medical or psychological assessment, or an admissions service.
  • It does not guarantee any educational, career or financial outcome. Decisions remain yours.
  • Views about how AI will change work are informed estimates that we revise as things change.

Your account

  • Keep your personal invite link private. Anyone with it can sign in as you.
  • Parents are responsible for the information they enter about their children, and confirm they have the right to share it.
  • Only invite family members you trust to see your family's reports.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other families' data, disrupt the service, or enter information about people without their permission or, for children, a parent's permission.

The preview

During the preview, features may change, pause or be removed, and we may end access with notice. While aptitudeOS is in private preview, everything is free. Families who join during the preview pay the same price as everyone else once we launch; we will tell you before that happens.

Pricing and payment

  • Free: creating an account and family, the Matrix, the Domains, the adult questionnaire and the child's game.
  • Paid: a one-time payment of INR 99 per child unlocks that child's dashboard results (strengths, interests, needs, domain fit, skills and the agreement summary). There is no subscription and no renewal.
  • Prices are in Indian rupees. Any applicable taxes are included in the price shown.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Cancellation and refunds (draft)

  • Because the payment is one-time and unlocks results immediately, you cannot cancel it once the payment succeeds.
  • If you were charged twice for the same child, or charged but the results did not unlock, we will refund the amount in full.
  • You may ask for a refund within 7 days of paying if the results are not useful to you. Write to privacy@aptitudeos.in with your account email and the child's first name.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
